Like every role-playing game, Triangle Strategy has a level cap. But with levels advancing even after New Game Plus, and more Mental Mock Battles being added to the roster after that, it can sometimes feel like there is no level ceiling. But there is, don’t worry—though it will be difficult to reach until you’re at the final few chapters on your second playthrough.
The max level a unit can have in Triangle Strategy is 50. The highest-leveled Mental Mock Battle you can do is also of the same level.

If you were thinking of grinding your units before the upper-level stages are open, don’t. Characters stop gaining EXP fast if they’re above the stage’s recommended level. Only grind when you’re underleveled for the next chapter battle.
If you’re willing to set aside your pride for grinding efficiency, lower the game’s difficulty to Very Easy temporarily. You will still gain the same items, rewards, and EXP. The enemies will just take more damage, and you’ll take less. We also have a full guide on how to level up fast in Triangle Strategy.
