Diablo 2 Resurrected allows players to respec pretty quickly into your playthrough. Just remember you can respec once per difficulty.

To get respec of all of your skills, all you need to do is to finish one of the first quests in the game and clear the Den of Evil. After you do that, just talk with Akara, who is located in the first encampment in Act I. You will get an option to respec your skills.

We would advise not rushing with that decision if you are not planning on switching difficulty soon because it might limit your playstyle if you use it too soon. You can get another respec only after finishing the same mission on another difficulty.

There is another way to earn respec, but it requires a lot more grind to obtain the necessary materials to craft it. If you have all of them, then you will be able to craft a Token of Absolution.

Material List:

  • Burning Essense of Terror - you can get it from Diablo (Act IV)
  • Charged Essense of Hatre - you can get it from Mephisto (Act III)
  • Festering Essence of Destruction - you can get it from Baal (Act V)
  • Twisted Essence of Suffering - you can get it from either Andariel (Act I) or Duriel (Act II)

Note: You can obtain these materials only on the Hell difficulty. After you get all of the ingredients, you can head to Horadric Cube and craft your Token of Absolution and respec all of your skills.
